All orders placed with delivery in Senegal are delivered for free. No minimum amount.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, your order will be delivered the same day.

International shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Maison Kébé offers one delivery which is partnered with local postal services such as USPS in the USA, la posted in France, or Poste Italiane in Italy. This solution allows us to offer our dear customers the cheapest yet secure alternatives.

We have also enrolled with DHL Express to ensure hassle-free global delivery covering many countries worldwide.

Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM Western African Time.

Pop up sales items, final sale items and items on sale cannot be returned.
Maison Kébé accepts returns on regular-priced items that meet the following requirements:

1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 10 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

For all returns inquiries, we invite customers to contact us info@maisonkebe.com before proceeding to shipment to be informed on international procedures.

Pop-up sales, final sales, and items on sale cannot be returned.

In agreement with our limited-edition items, we do not proceed to exchanges.

All returns would have to be made with DHL to ensure reception back to our warehouse in Senegal.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

If you chose to ship back the merchandise via another carrier, any additional cost to retrieve the merchandise on our hand such as taxes will be deducted of your refund.

Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. only the items will be refunded.

We only offer refunds on regular-priced items only upon returns and after review.

Pre-orders items cannot be refunded; a store credit will be issued upon return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case your refund is not approved, a discount equivalent to the sum of the returned article(s) will be offered for further purchase.

Refund requests regarding damaged or lost items can be sorted with an item replacement or a store credit upon review.

At Maison Kébé, all garments are crafted on a made-to-order basis, in line with our zero stock policy and commitment to a more sustainable production model. This means that each item is carefully created from the moment your order is placed, ensuring that your piece is made specifically for you.

Please be aware that this process may occasionally result in delays, depending on the volume of simultaneous orders and the capacity of our human-scale atelier. While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, your patience is greatly appreciated as we maintain the quality and craftsmanship that define Maison Kébé.
